Returning goods

It's our aim to provide good returns services for you. If you're not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 1 month after purchase. If the product has not been fitted or used, we are happy to receive it back for a refund.

(1)Put your unused labeled item for return back in its original packaging with invoice.

 

(2)We strictly check every order we send out before shipping. However in the event that a product is not within your expectations or has been wrongly sent (wrong size, color or defective), please go to return and select the reason of return. For defective product(s), please also upload an image of the defect and we will contact you. If the item is returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item and etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs.

 

(3)We reserve the right to reject any returned good(s), which are not in accordance to our return policies. We may request that you pay for the shipping costs to return it back to you. Our return policies do not affect your statutory rights.

 

(4)Depending on which postal service you use, it can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your returned good(s). However, once we receive your returned good(s), we will inspect and process them within 24hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued through the same payment method used to purchase the goods. When our team has processed your returned good(s) we will update you by email. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days after it has been sent, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.

 

(5)We serve our customers with honest and clear communication. Therefore we take great care to ensure that our product pictures resemble the real product as closely as possible. However, there are some inevitable factors such as difference in lighting or photographing angles that might influence the picture. As a result there might be a small difference between the actual product and its picture.

 

(6)Our advertisements without any giddy and insincere, the most are the experience of testing or using product from our rider.

(1)退貨的商品須包含完整未經破壞的包裝,標籤,未經損壞的商品,和發票

 

(2)產品在出貨前都有嚴格的檢查以及包裝後才會運送,如收到商品有瑕疵請連絡我們並附上照片,我們將會判定商品的責任歸屬,如果產品的損傷是我們的疏忽,將依照退換貨條款受理退貨並退還你的貨品,如商品經人為的破壞,恕不提供退換貨服務。

 

(3)如果退貨的商品不符合退貨條款,我們保有拒絕你的退貨商品的權利,並要求你負擔運費。

 

(4)一般處理退貨需要七天工作天依照你所使用的貨運服務,一旦收到退回來的商品,我們將會在24小時內處理,經過審核後你的貨款將會依照你的付款方式退回。如果商品退還的程序成功,我們將會以電子郵件通知你。如果10天內我們沒有收到包裹我們也會以電子郵件的方式通知你,請務必與我們保持聯絡。

 

(5)我們秉持誠信的精神提供客戶最優質的服務,因此在商品的拍攝我們要求圖片的顏色盡量符合實際商品的顏色,但在拍攝過程中一些無可避免的外在因素還是會影響照片的拍攝如(燈光,與角度),因此商品的圖片與實際產品只僅供參考不能100%符合,請在購買商品前仔細考慮再購買。

 

(6)商品的文章多為產品的介紹和選手使用產品的經驗分享讓消費者能更了解產品,因此無任何誇大或不實的內容
